Our world is going through a revolution.

It is called the 4th Industrial Revolution.

This might not sound like something particularly special, but our world is changing – fast!  Artificial intelligence, machine learning, drones, 3D printing, chatbots that can write entire essays that sound exactly like a human being…

Rescript Consulting, Coaching (and Psych) were born out of a need for sudden and rapid change. One of the most dramatic changes in anybody’s life is when you realize that you must radically reinvent yourself.

Change is notoriously difficult because the human brain goes against change.

Why? It takes so much more energy to reinvent yourself or your organisation. The brain would rather take the routes that it already knows.

Who wants to build a new road, if the old one still serves the purpose?

…but what happens if the tried and tested routes no longer work?
