One of the best things you can do for your energy is to wake up at the same time every day—yes, even on weekends. When you disrupt your sleep schedule by sleeping in, especially over the weekend, your body pays the price well into the week. Regular wake-up times help regulate your internal clock and can dramatically improve how rested and alert you feel throughout the day.

But tiredness isn’t always just physical—it can also be emotional or mental. Feeling drained or low on energy can be a sign that your life lacks excitement or direction. When our days feel dull or aimless, our energy dips in response. This is where coaching and reflection come in.

Setting clear goals for the year (or what’s left of it) can give you something to look forward to, something to work toward. That sense of purpose and clarity can be energising in itself, helping you feel more alive, more focused, and more motivated to tackle your days.
